Our Right to Refuse or Cease Treatment

Our team members are entitled to feel safe while performing their work.

Specialist Skin & Laser Clinics reserves the right to immediately pause or cease a treatment, ask a person to leave the clinic, refuse to provide a treatment or service, cancel an appointment, or refuse future appointments where a person engages in unacceptable behaviour or where we reasonably consider there is a risk to the health, safety or wellbeing of our team members, clients or others.

Depending on the nature or seriousness of the conduct, a client may be prohibited from attending a particular clinic or any Specialist Skin & Laser Clinics location in the future.

Where there is an immediate threat to the safety of any person, security or emergency services may be contacted.

Respect Goes Both Ways

Our clients are equally entitled to be treated professionally, respectfully and courteously by our team.

If you have concerns about your experience at Specialist Skin & Laser Clinics, we encourage you to raise them with us through our appropriate feedback or complaints process. We welcome genuine feedback and complaints and will endeavour to address concerns professionally and respectfully.

Raising a genuine complaint or expressing dissatisfaction will not, by itself, be considered a breach of this Code of Conduct. However, clients are expected to communicate their concerns without engaging in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, harassing or otherwise inappropriate behaviour.

Working Together

A safe and respectful environment allows our team to focus on what matters most, providing professional care and a positive experience for our clients.

By attending an appointment, entering one of our clinics or communicating with Specialist Skin & Laser Clinics, we ask that you respect these behavioural standards.

We thank our clients for helping us maintain a safe, professional and welcoming environment for everyone.
